Christel is currently an Athletic Therapy student at mount royal university. While she's not in class or studying, she is helping out at Competitive Edge or spending time with friends and family.
Christel is originally from the Philippines and moved to Canada with her family. She has had her fair share of injuries and aches and pains growing up and didn't always receive the guidance and advice that she needed from her health care practitioners. This motivated Christel to pursue a career as an Athletic Therapist where she can help people to not have to go through the same struggles that she did.
While she might just seem like the smiley face behind the desk or the the voice on the phone... rest assured, Christel understands what is like to be held back from living the life you want and is integral in helping us get you better and back out there doing what makes you happy.
